By accessing or using the Saints Printing website, mobile applications, or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Saints Printing. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Permitted Uses: You may use our Services for lawful purposes only. You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Submit fraudulent orders or provide false information
• Use the Services to print content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our Services without express written permission

Saints Printing reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use our Services. Saints Printing reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our Services are subject to acceptance by Saints Printing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, use tax, or other taxes associated with your order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Saints Printing ships to addresses within the United States and may offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary based on your location, shipping method selected, and product specifications.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within the timeframe specified on your order confirmation. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
• Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Saints Printing is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Due to the custom nature of our printed products, our return and refund policies are as follows:

• Custom Products: Custom-printed items are made to order and generally cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.
• Printing Errors: If we make an error in printing your order (incorrect design, wrong specifications), we will reprint the order at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
• Customer Errors: We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork, files, or specifications. Please carefully review your proof before approving your order.
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled without penalty before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Customer-Provided Content: You retain all ownership rights to any designs, artwork, logos, or other content you submit to Saints Printing for printing ("Customer Content"). By submitting Customer Content, you grant Saints Printing a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Customer Representations: You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and submit all Customer Content
• Your Customer Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
• Your Customer Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

Saints Printing Property: All content on the Saints Printing website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAINTS PRINTING AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAINTS PRINTING'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SAINTS PRINTING FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saints Printing and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights
• Any Customer Content you submit, including any claims that such content infringes upon the rights of others

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

Saints Printing reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, in some cases, may provide additional notice such as an email notification.

Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services.
